جهت جداسازی هوا و دیگر گازها از محصول ( حذف بو ،اکسیژن و …..)

مشخصات:

1-امکان طراحی برای هر محصول بر اساس نیاز مشتری(آب،شیر،آبمیوه و……)

2-امکان اضافه کردن اروما ریکاوری جهت بازگشت اسانس و عطر به محصول

3- امکان اتصال  اتوماسیون نرم افزاری به دیگر دستگاهها (پاستور،پارامیکس،…)و همچنین اسکادای مرکزی

4-تنظیم فشار خلاء به صورت اتومات یا دستی

5- دارای حالت CIP جهت اتصال به سامانه CIP جهت شستشوی دستگاه

6- قابلیت طراحی دستگاه از ظرفیت 500 الی 60000 لیتر بر ساعت

7- کلیه تجهیزات دستگاه به صورت یکپارچه بر روی یک شاسی تمام استیل

Deaerator

Application:

Used for separating air and other gases from the product.

Specifications:

1-Custom design available for any product based on customer requirements (water, milk, juice, etc.).

2-Option to add aroma recovery for restoring the product’s essence and aroma.

3-Ability to connect with other equipment (pasteurizer, intermix , etc.) as well as the central SCADA system.

4-Vacuum pressure adjustment available in both automatic and manual modes.

5-Equipped with CIP mode for integration with a CIP system for automated cleaning.

6-Device capacity can be designed from 500 up to 60,000 liters per hour.

7-All equipment is integrated on a single, full stainless-steel frame.
